Client Waiver

You​ ​are​ ​about​ ​to​ ​become​ ​a​ ​client​ ​of​ ​​RonRenee Esthetics, LLC/RonRenee Esthetics​ & Bodywork​ ​for​ ​the​ ​purpose​ ​of​ ​skin​ care services & bodywork. ​ ​Our​ ​Practitioners are licensed and certified​ ​and​ ​have​ ​experience​ ​in​ Esthetics, Massage Therapy, and Traditional Thai Massage. ​ ​

 

Our​ ​services​ ​are​ ​not​ ​intended​ ​to​ ​cure, diagnose, ​or​ ​treat​ ​any​ ​medical​ ​conditions​ ​and​ ​should​ ​not​ ​replace​ ​treatment​ ​or​ ​consultation with​ ​a​ ​qualified​ ​physician.  On​ ​rare​ ​occasions, ​guests​ ​may​ ​have​ ​adverse​ ​reactions​ ​to​ ​products used in bodywork or ​skin​​care​ ​treatments that ​may​ ​include​ ​headache,​ ​dizziness,​ ​muscle​ ​soreness,​ ​slight​ ​bruising,​ ​swelling, redness, and​ ​allergic​ ​reaction(s).​ ​​If​ ​you​ ​feel​ ​any​ ​of​ ​these​ ​symptoms,​ ​please​ ​inform​ ​us​ ​so​ ​that​ ​we​ ​can​ ​correct​ ​the situation​ or discontinue​ ​service.  

 

By acknowledging our Client Waiver, you​ ​agree​ ​not​ ​to​ ​hold​ ​RonRenee Esthetics, LLC/RonRenee Esthetics​ & Bodywork​, its​ ​owner,​ ​practitioner, manager,​ ​or affiliates​ ​liable​ ​for​ ​any​ ​adverse​ ​effects​ ​of​ ​any​ service or ​treatment.​ ​ Additionally, our services require close contact of client and practitioner, if at any time ​you​ ​feel​ ​uncomfortable ​please​ ​inform​ ​us​ ​​so​ ​we​ ​may​ ​take​ ​immediate action.  

 

We reserve the​ ​right​ ​to​ ​refuse​ ​services we​ ​deem​ ​necessary.​ If your service is/has been terminated for any reason, no refund will be honored.

 

For your protection and the protection of our practitioners, if you are experiencing any sickness or symptoms, please contact us to reschedule. 

 

It is our responsibility to perform your treatment​ ​and​ ​service​ ​with the​ ​utmost​ ​confidence. ​ ​Your​ ​personal​ ​information, collected​ ​by​ ​us ​on​line, forms, ​verbally, or photos​ ​will​ ​not​ ​be​ ​​shared​ ​or​ ​posted​ ​on​ ​social​ ​media without​ ​your​​ ​consent.  We​ ​do​ ​not​ ​discriminate​ ​on​ ​the​ ​basis​ ​of​ ​race/ethnicity, ​color, national​ ​origin, ​gender, ​gender identity, disability, ​​political​ ​beliefs, ​​religion, ​sexual​ ​orientation​ ​or​ ​age. ​We welcome everyone.
